Menzly Home Solutions (“Menzly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a family-owned service-area home-solutions business based in Park Ridge, Illinois. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through menzly.com and related project communications.
2. Information we collect
When you contact us or submit a project request, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, project category, project description, preferred contact method, timing, general location or service address when needed, photographs, file metadata, referring page, and communication history.
Our hosting and security providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request timestamps, and fraud or bot-detection signals.
3. How we use information
We use information to review and respond to project requests, determine service-area fit, prepare estimates or next steps, communicate about requested work, schedule and perform approved services, maintain business records, process payments, protect the website, troubleshoot failures, comply with law, and improve how customers find and use our services.
4. Project photographs and files
Project photographs are used to understand the requested work, prepare questions or estimates, plan service, and maintain the related customer record. Do not upload images containing sensitive personal documents, financial information, medical information, people who have not agreed to be photographed, or unrelated private material.
Customer project images will not be used publicly for marketing without separate permission. The final retention period and deletion process must be confirmed before launch.
5. How information is shared
We may share information with service providers that help operate the business, such as Cloudflare for hosting/security/storage, GoHighLevel for customer relationship management and communications, payment processors for invoices and payments, email/SMS delivery providers, and professional advisers when necessary. These providers process information for the services they perform.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share project details or photographs for unrelated third-party advertising.
6. Text messages and email
When you submit a project request and provide contact information, you authorize Menzly to contact you about that request using the methods you provide, which may include phone, email, and text message. Message and data rates may apply. Project communication is transactional and does not by itself enroll you in unrelated marketing.
You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS where supported. Opting out of text messages does not prevent necessary communication by another method about an active request or project.
7. Analytics and cookies
The site may use limited analytics to measure page visits, project-form starts and submissions, service interest, and phone or project-request clicks. We do not intend to send names, contact details, full descriptions, addresses, photographs, or private file links to analytics. This section must be updated if cookie-based advertising or additional analytics tools are enabled.
8. Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed for the information handled by the site. No online system can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for operational, legal, insurance, accounting, dispute-resolution, and customer-service purposes, then delete or anonymize it when it is no longer reasonably needed. The final retention schedule must be documented before launch.
9. Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to records we must retain for legal, insurance, accounting, fraud-prevention, or active-project purposes. You may also choose not to submit photographs and can contact us to discuss another way to describe the project.
10. Children
The website and services are intended for adults arranging household work. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the website, integrations, or legal requirements change. The revised date will appear at the top.
