Website and Project-Request Terms
Owner review required before launch. This operational draft must be reviewed against the final insurance policy, service agreement, cancellation policy, pricing practices, and Illinois/local requirements. It is not legal advice.
1. Website purpose
This website provides general information about Menzly Home Solutions and a way to request review of a potential project. Website content is not a binding estimate, contract, warranty, inspection, diagnosis, or promise that Menzly will accept or schedule a project.
2. Project requests are not bookings
Submitting a form, photo, email, voicemail, or text does not create an appointment or service agreement. Menzly reviews each request and may ask questions, decline the work, recommend another provider, provide a preliminary estimate, or request an on-site visit before proposing a scope.
3. Estimates and project information
Remote estimates depend on the accuracy and completeness of customer descriptions, measurements, photographs, access information, and disclosed conditions. An estimate may be revised if the actual conditions, quantities, access, damage, materials, or requested scope differ from what was provided.
Any charge for an on-site consultation or estimate must be disclosed before that visit is scheduled.
4. Service-call pricing
Published one-hour and two-hour service-call prices apply only to qualifying small projects accepted for that visit format. They are not fixed prices for every advertised service. Materials and specialty parts are additional.
Cabinet refinishing, larger painting, custom carpentry, extensive organization, cleanouts, hauling, disposal, moving support, multi-person work, larger installations, senior-move projects, and other specialized work are normally reviewed and quoted as project totals.
Any applicable parking, toll, disposal, rental, specialty-equipment, permit, or other project-specific cost should be disclosed before approval where reasonably known. Final pricing terms belong in the written estimate or service agreement.
5. Service limits
Menzly does not advertise emergency service. Work involving electrical panels or circuits, gas lines, HVAC or refrigerant, major plumbing, roofing, structural modification, hazardous materials, asbestos, mold remediation, biohazards, medical waste, regulated waste, permit-required work, or other licensed/specialized trades may be declined or referred unless appropriately authorized, insured, and expressly included in a written scope.
Moving support is described as practical household and moving-related labor. Menzly is not presented as an interstate or full-service licensed moving carrier.
6. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, lawful access, safe working conditions, notice of known hazards, permission to perform approved work, and timely decisions about materials or scope. Customers should secure pets, valuables, private documents, and fragile items near the work area.
7. Photographs and uploaded content
You represent that you have the right to submit the photographs and information you provide. Do not submit unlawful material, unrelated sensitive information, malware, or images that invade another person’s privacy. Submission allows Menzly and its service providers to process the content for project review and business operations. Public marketing use requires separate permission.
8. Scheduling, cancellation, payment, and warranty
Scheduling, cancellation/rescheduling, deposits, payment timing, warranty, change orders, and project-specific terms will be stated in the applicable written estimate, invoice, or service agreement. The final standard cancellation policy must be inserted or incorporated before launch.
9. Website availability and third-party services
We try to keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Links or integrations operated by third parties are governed by their own terms. If a form reports a failure, the project request has not been confirmed; please try again or contact us another way.
10. Intellectual property
The Menzly name, logo, mascot, website design, and original website content are owned by or licensed to Menzly and may not be copied or used to imply endorsement without permission.
11. Changes and governing terms
These website terms may be updated. A signed or otherwise accepted project estimate, invoice, or service agreement controls if it conflicts with general website wording for that project. Governing-law and dispute provisions should be added only after professional review.
